Frequently asked questions
Do customers count as users?
No. You only pay for your own team members. You can invite unlimited customers.
Can a customer see other customers’ tickets?
No. A customer only sees the spaces that belong to their own company. The server checks this on every request.
Can a customer delete anything?
No. Customers can report tickets and bugs and comment, but cannot delete anything.
